Product descriptions, specifications, colours, materials, availability and other product information may be updated from time to time.

You are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for your dog's size, breed, weight, behaviour and intended use.
Where we provide sizing guides, weight recommendations, fitting instructions or product-specific guidance, these should be followed carefully.
Products such as collars, leads, harnesses and accessories should be checked regularly for signs of damage, excessive wear or deterioration.
You should stop using a product if it becomes damaged or if you reasonably believe it may no longer be safe for its intended use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Found Roaming products should not be treated as indestructible or chew-proof.
Dogs should be appropriately supervised when using products where supervision would reasonably be expected.
Our products are not substitutes for responsible handling, training or supervision of your dog.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable;
there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;
payment cannot be authorised;
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order; or
we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
